The grounds. The fact that its a resort so everything is there- club, pool parties, the ocean, jet skis, restaurants, exotic car rentals etc. My suite was gorgeous!

That you didnt have to leave the resort if you didnt want to. The vibe was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. My room view was absolutely amazing!! Waking up to the view of the beach and being able to sit on the balcony was so peaceful & relaxing

Worst worst worst Front desk, very very rude rude rude staff in the front desk, worst check in supportive staff!!!! Surprised to see such a people in the fro t desk!!! Ill never step into this hotel anymore. Even after paying high price the front desk person was saying that hes doing favour for us to checkin and sort our issues we face due to their inefficiency!!! WORST SERVICE

It was beautiful but they didnt tell you about all the hidden cost that put me in a terrible situation for my stay my flight was delayed due to the whether I didnt arrive until the 18th and they still charged for my room for the 17th so I paid for 2 rooms on the 17th it put me in a financial situation away from my home in Va with my 2 grandchildren so I will not recommend to others
